Probably not. Just make sure you have a friend that does have Summerset to craft you Sloads.

No, stamplar doesn't have a reposition tool outside of Sprint so using meditate is harder than say nightblade or Sorc.

Undo and accelerate are better skills for stamplar, but unless you aren't going to use the sets, explore the new zone or craft/upgrade jewels/traits, then buying Summerset is not worth it.

Wait a year when they give out Summerset for free next chapter.
