Vestment of Olorim and Sanctuary with a monster set seems like the new meta.

As someone who is a bit sick of grinding I still run SPC and Mending/Worm. I only mixed in Nightflame and 5 light 1 med 1 heavy. The old meta is still a great setup.

BiS is now Olorime, mending and Nightflame monster set. Make sure you have WC, Sanctuary and possibly Twilight and Kagrenac, just to better coordinate with a second healer. Earthgore is an interesting alternative to Nightflame as a monster set.

Olorime requires you to timely/strategically cast ground abilities, since it procs off shards and stuff like that as well. But people are slowly getting used to it, and you can see many DDs feeding upon it to get the 30 secs buff.

Protect the weak. Heal the sick.
Treasure the gifts of friendship. Seek joy and inspiration in the mysteries of love.
Honor the Earth, its creatures, and the spirits. Use Nature's gifts wisely. Respect her power. Fear her fury.

Olorime + Jorvulds + Monsterset (Earthgore, Trollking, Nightflame or Rkugamz) is pretty much a standard now. Olorime goes to twelve people and gets buffed by Jorvulds, so you can easily buff a whole raid with it. Also you only need it on backbar so you can wear a Masterstaff or something similar. Over all pretty broken if you ask me and the other healer can then wear whatever two other supportsets you would want to have for the specific situation.

Really depends on your other healer and who uses olorime and what situation you are in tbh. But olorime + eather/worm/jorvulds/mending/sanctuary + earthgore/bogdan is good. If the other healer uses olorime then combine eather/worm/jorvulds/meding/sanctuary + monster set like earthgore/bogdan.

My go-to is Olorime + Jorvulds + Earthgore.

Then we decide what the 2nd healer should wear depending on the situation.
You can't really go wrong with Mending or Sanctuary. The benefit of Worm is somewhat negligible in comparison imo - if healers are already running elemental drain, shards + orbs.

If your group is going to be split, both healers running Olorime could be beneficial.
If just 1 or 2 of your group are separated, SPC might still win out as you can proc it with Mutagen.
