How can I obtain this set? I was reading it is only possible doing the maelstrom arena, but I'm pretty sure I've got some parts, I think doing quests in Wrothgar... can anyone please confirm it or not?

How much does RNG favor you? There are three sets that drop Maelstrom and you can get gear pieces from 8/9 rounds as I think the final round does jewelry or weapons, so its pretty much a matter of RNG.

Could be one run, could take you a few hundred to get all the pieces you need.
