No Launcher & Outdated Client

I already have ESO installed. It takes 61.6 GB, but when I launch the game, it goes directly to the game login screen, not the launcher. I need ONLY the launcher which should be a few megabytes. I'm not freeing 87 GB of space and reinstalling because the launcher doesn't exist. The account page should have a download for just the launcher.

TE5LA✭✭✭I've done my own tech support by extracting all the files from the Setup.exe and finding the missing launcher files and associated ones. I have now saved it to an archive to prevent this in the future.
I'm guessing some anti-virus programs must think your files are infected and keep removing them. This is at least the second time this has occurred.
