Without logging into the game, can't create support tickets and if can't login...

Since friday the Steam side logging has been bugging as has been well known and documented. The situation also stirred a interesting flaw in the structure of ESO, ZOS and Steam accounts.
You can't use Steam logging to access support tickets and you can't use old ESO account to access support tickets but you can use Steam one to access your account (e.g. cancel subscription) and use the ESO account to write to forums but in no way can you access the support side of the game.
