Question about patchdata.depot folder?

Heyo, been reinstalling ESO. Didn't have room on my c-drive, so I moved it to my E-drive. Have 88 gb downloaded so far.
But when I move it to my E-drive and try to launch it, to continue downloading it wipes my patchdata.depot folder? And is trying to make me download even more on top of that?
