New tank looking for trial guild

Hey all, I just started playing the game around a month ago. I'm at 230 cp and have completed every vet dungeon I can. (Not 300cp so can't do the DLC ones yet). I have some pretty extensive raiding experience in other games, and so far nothing has proven particularly challenging in ESO. I'm hoping vet trials provides that challenge.
I've only tanked nHRC, nAS, and nCR+2 so far, it's not easy to find pug vet raids.
I've got full Ebon and Torugs ATM.
I'm looking for a guild that is doing trials frequently, and wants to keep a smaller roster so I'm not going to have to alternate with 25 other tanks. Preferably one progressing through normals and vets, as I would rather learn with the guild than be carried through.
