Housing storage chests inventory disappeared

Hello, my girlfriend with the PSN name of ErieCountyKilla has had all of her items in her housing storage chests completely vanish. She has tried sending in multiple tickets but did not receive any automated responses. I was just sending this on her behalf in case anyone could possibly take a look into it and investigate this any further. Thanks!
