Seeking Off-Tank For Core Group

Greetings,

The Hawk's Nest Is seeking recruitment for the role of an Off Tank for Our Core group. We currently only run 1 night a week being Sundays at 4:30pst but looking to add another day through out the week (looking at Wednesday starting after the 4th of July). The Hawk's Nest has cleared All Crag Trials including VSO HM,VHELRA HM, Also have cleared MoL. Currently we are progressing through VCR and have consistently been getting to 30% on Z'maja..That being said We've had some set backs with some core group changes and as said before are seeking out someone to fill the off-tank role for our vet trials in general in a more permanent fashion. Raid experience is nice but it is not the ONLY thing we are looking at, if you are knowledgeable of your role and listen well then that's something we can work with, though as said before raid experience is obviously welcomed.

The guild has a few requirements that we would like to see be met:

1. Be Respectful of others and keep a positive atmosphere and environment for everyone. After all we are all friends working towards the same goal, lets be nice to one another!

2.Listen to Raid calls! Do not argue & if you have input please present it respectively(preferably after the scheduled raid time). Again listen to your Raid Leader's calls & the crown!

3.Require Specific Add ons such as: Raid Notifier,Gear swap ad on, & Raid buffs to name a few.(Can go over more in depth).

4.Have specific sets on hand and ready to go for your role, such as: Ebon, Alkosh for starters. (Can go over more sets).
