House storage bug

Lots of my stored items disappeared from my home chests recently after I deleted couple of my characters. I tried to contact support twice, but there's no response for days.
Is there any way it could be fixed?

Customer Support has also failed to acknowledge, let alone reply, to a request for help which I made last week. Unfortunately, they are probably the only ZOS personnel who might be able to retrieve them, i.e., each item for which you can recall (a) the exact name. and (b) the location of the Home Storage Chest or Coffer in which it was stored.

For what it is worth, the deleted items could not have been Character Bound. In my experience, the only way to remove a Character Bound item from the character's Bags is to use the Home Editor to remove it for display it in a Homestead (i.e., a Character Bound item will never been in the Bank or in a Home Storage chest or coffer).
