Build Equipment question

im currently trying an ice build - 2/2 iceheart 5/5 winterborn 5/5 julianos. Would it be wise to change julianos to 5/5 ysgramors birthright? effectively that means 4% spellcrit lost and effectively 220 spelldamage gained (for cold damage) is that worth it?

as addition when i say ice build i mean that my damage comes mostly from cold attacks from frost staff and warden skills the only non cold damage skill i use are the wardens bugs (deep fissure)

First, the answer you're looking for:
Ysgramor and Julianos are about equal, you wont see much of a jump either way. Jul will make it slightly easier to proc Iceheart.

Now, the answer you probably didn't want:
Don't waste your time. Ice builds don't work.
Remember how I said Jul and Ysgramors are about equal? They're about equally terrible, because ice builds just don't work.
I've tried. Many times. With a warden, with a sorc, light armor, heavy armor, burst damage, tankiness, trying to outlast opponents, trying to boost my crits for dps....
They. Don't. Work.
Save yourself the time and the gold.
They're not competitive for PvE DPS, they're not even close as healers or tanks, and they're even worse than that in PvP.
Ice staves and ice damage are the redheaded stepchild of ZoS. There is, unfortunately, no reason to spec into ice/cold damage.
The warden passives fail to make it a competitive choice, there's no functional ice spammable, and the secondary effects are largely ignored in both PvE and PvP.
By the way... I'm writing this after just giving up about 2 hours ago, on my umpteenth rebuild of my "Ice Warden", hoping the Psijic skills would allow me to create some bastardization of my original build concept that would be halfway functional.
