✭✭✭✭✭According to Steam's own stats, there are currently 24,361 players logged into ESO.
Given that nobody who's logging in outside of Steam is having any issues, it may well be that the problem for those Steam users who are having problems is with Steam, not with ZOS. Either way, I've no doubt that ZOS are doing everything they can to resolve the issue, there's no reason for them not to. However, like @VaranisArano says, they can't give an ETA if they don't have one themselves.2
