PVP: "Predicted death" Resource(Stam/Mag) Desync?

What basically happens is I get to 0%/1°% HP and ALL MY RESOURCES GO FROM 100% TO 0% INSTANTLY. Even if I'm actually NOT DEAD YET. I TP'd out of combat and healed back up... BOOM my resources are back near max again.
Why is this a thing in the game at all?
I've just seen this happen to me in BGs like 4 times in a row....
Can you look into this ZOS? Or is this a work of some stupid addon? (Using LUI)
Half the time what this also causes, is my character attempting to dodge roll (visually) but the animation gets cut off and no dodge effect triggers. This is highly agitating. Vigor does the same except it hits, but no animation plays whatsoever. It just messes with functionality of lots of skills in fact. If shadow image teleport didn't cost any magicka I bet I'd be stuck there too.
