Walls Vanishing in Enclosed Areas

After the Summerset patch I'm noticing random moments in enclosed areas, sometimes dungeons and sometimes areas likes banks, where the walls vanish if I look a certain direction. Sometimes its up or down, occasionally left and right. It doesn't matter if I am in first or third person. It seems to happen a lot in wide open places, but will also occasionally happen in tighter sections like tunnels.
I don't have a list of dungeon names its been happening to me on hand but some are:
Mzeneldt during the Fighter's Guild Mission
Bewan in Auridon
