Cyrodiil unplayable - freezing/lag

My Xbox game has frozen and forced me to kill game at least 6 times in last hour. Have restarted internet and Xbox. ESO NA server is majorly glitched. Also lots of lag during movement to load screen and then back to game. Please fix ASAP!! Game is unplayable and as ESO plus member, this is unacceptable. Will request refund if not fixed soon.
