Cyrodil Lag- worst ever since Summerset (PS4)

Just making sure you are aware.... this is the worst it's ever been
Complete freezing when in crowded combat zones. (not load screen this time)
--- I have had entire groups of 8 people just stop and we all have to restart our game.
This lag feels different, it's like complete freeze, not just choppy.... not sure what you did with Summerset, but something went wrong. I already have people in the guild that are refusing to go into Cyrodil now because of the lag.
