Voice chat bugged

I have had an issue the last two days with my guild voice chat stuck in an endless loop of rejoining the same channel over and over. I also noticed the issue is pretty prevalent amongst guild members of said channel.
Anyone else been dealing with this issue?

greenmachine✭✭✭I've had that too. It's only on some of my toons. It keeps joining Officer chat over and over. I can't leave the channel or select another one. It's just dings every six seconds.greenmachine513 PS4-NA
