Unable to login... login or password incorrect?

I played the game a few hours ago and logged out.

Now trying to log in I find that my password doesn't work. The same happened with the forums so i changed my password and even with the new password CANNOT log into the game.

Please help me ZOS

@ZOS_JesC Thank you for getting back to me but let me tell you how messed up this is/was.

I couldn't log into the forums so changed my password.

After changing the password the first time, I could log into the forums but not the game.

I went to log into my account and couldn't so I changed my password.

I finally got into my account and believing that I had been hacked, I UNSUBSCRIBED from the game.

I finally with my FOURTH password was able to get into the game.

WTH happened? I dunno but because I copied and pasted my password into a text document that I could see, I know that I was using the correct password but was denied entry.

I know there is sometimes an issue with copy and pasting things, but I'm glad to hear your problem was resolved!

And as a long time subscriber I am now unsubscribed. We'll see how that goes saving a few dollars every month.

BTW, the first few times I was denied login I didnt't copy and paste. I only did that afterwards to make sure that my password was correct.

It will forever be a mystery.
