Where are the crates promised from BE3? ZOS unreliable!

So I got the wolf, thanks for the mount but you guys said crates as well. I got up at 4 AM to watch bethesda's E3 and I participated in the extension (questions).

You can't just say "We will give free wolf mount and crates" and only deliver half of your promise... This makes ZOS look unreliable.

There are some folks that didnt even answered questions due to the fact they didnt explain how it was going to be the stream event and got the mount at least.

This is a nice move for customer fidelty. You think not delivering crates is "unreliable" while i think giving the mount to all players who were in the stream but didnt had a clue how to participate its a gentle move from the company.

This is nice coming from a big company, they are civilized, something that you don't seem to be. Be patient, or file a complaint.

Don't get your hopes up. They are not the same crates that are currently for sale in the store. The crates they are giving us are only filled with generic items. One crate i opened was nothing but crafting mimic stones. Another was just all potions.

I literally turned everything into gems from all 5 crates.

Got mine about 12 hours ago, loving the white wolf :P, got about 15 gems from the crates

I received my crates and wolf thank you Zos, but i only answered one question (towards the end) maybe because i said todd was cool as ice i got crates

TBH as crates go these 5 were the worst i've ever seen..

The crates are still going out. The deployment process for the crates is taking longer than the Ice Wolf, so people will likely see the wolf first, then get the crates over the next 12-24 hours. We'll post in this thread when the process has finished running and all crates have been delivered.

They are running a script to deliver the crates.

It is taking a long time.

The process is not complete yet.

You can read the 13 page thread where the same thing has been asked and anwered dozens of times while you wait.

Yeah but wouldn't they have sent the crates by now since everyone I ask has gotten them...

I got the crates like 20 hours or more after I'd gotten the email. It's clearly stated that the delivery process will take time till friday. Some players get theirs earlier than others.

Just got mine, but don’t get excited. They’re only orobouros crates or whatever, they don’t have anything good just poisons and mimic stones and maybe one mouth and pet?
