I had this idea previously around Clockwork City Patch but with changes to 2H, Dk and Jewellery Crafting I was hoping for some updated suggestions.
Sets:
2 Spawn of Mephala (Procs on Heavy Attack, 4 meter radius):
1pc: Adds 1096 Max Stamina
2pc: Heavy Attack creates a web for 10 seconds that reduces movement speed of enemies inside by 50% and deals 1096 poison damage per second. 10 second cooldown.
5 Sheer Venom (Procs on Execute):
2pc: Adds 129 Weapon Damage
3pc: Adds 129 Weapon Damage
4pc: Adds 1096 Max Stamina
5pc: Dealing Damage with an Execute ability deals 8428 poison damage over 6 seconds.
6 second Cooldown.
5 Viper's Sting (Procs on Melee Damage):
2pc: Adds 833 Weapon Crit
3pc: Adds 1096 Max Stamina
4pc: Adds 833 Weapon Crit
5pc: Dealing Damage with a Melee attack deals 6400 Poison Damage over 4 seconds.
4 second cooldown.
Combined, sets give approx 3.3k - 4.5k tick of damage per second (After Passives and CP) depending on whether or not the target is inside the web spawned from Mephala.

I am completely open to suggestions on changing the race or the skill setups/weapon traits. Maybe even a change for the monster set. But any constructive criticism would be appreciated.
