Does it only apply the extra pet damage on the npc affected with the curse. Or does the extra pet damage apply to all npc as long as the curse is active?

Cursed target only. It's why it's a curse...

Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS
