50 minute dungeon Q cuz I Q'd too recently.....ZOS WTH?

Grabbed the pledges and Q'd up for them. Banished cells 2 popped. Noticed after the first boss that I accidentally Q'd for normal so I dropped the quest but finished tanking (does bc2 norm even need a tank???) cuz I'm a nice guy like that. After it was over and I went to Q again for BC2 (this time on vet) I now have a 52 minute Q time because I have Q'd too recently.
