"Similar to previous DLC zones, Murkmire will feature a brand new area to explore, an exciting story line, new World Bosses and Delves, and a brand-new group arena (with its own leaderboard).

I suppose no one has any info yet, but if any details, datamine, etc. please share.

    I bet it's a 12 person arena and it's actually a trial, but ZOS calls it arena because enemies come in waves.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

    It definitely will be a 4 men group arena forcing a group constellation of 3 tanks and one healer (maybe 2 tanks and 2 healers will also work) on us. Good luck getting a group together.

    Me and my brother run 2 man group all the time - but we find that we're mostly running normal difficulty with the occasional vet dungeon when we can be bothered / have a little extra time.

    An arena designed for 2 player groups, or with the option to scale to 2 players, would be awesome! Then we could get some nice rewards instead of running normal all the time. Please make that happen!

    thats such an odd number and whats wrong with having 4 man content i dont get it it fits the game pretty well in my opinion no need to really switch it up . If anything i would have liked to see a new male storm equivalent or maybe even an addition to it .

    I'd opt for 3-6 players. If six, then mechanics that require group splits, either 2x3 or 3x2.

    Scaling based on the number of players grouped or the composition would probably be too much to ask.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    If they mean PVP arena:
    In the current state of combat balance it will be bad to release any new PVP content.
    I hope ZOS will release Combat balance update(Class balance, item sets balance etc.) in the same patch, if not new PVP content isn't really worth doing(unless you're happy with the current combat balance issues).

    If they mean PVE like Dragonstar, no need to read my above comment :)

    I like the idea but you cannot really compare boss dmg from normal to veteran.

    In veteran the boss his strongest attack usually one shots anyone but the tank (without dmg shield).
    The strongest attack boss attack only tickles in normal dungeons.

    The same goes for mechanics, in normal you can ignore most one shot mechanics like the poison AOE on the last boss of Scallecaller Peak. In veteran even the tank gets one shot if he doesnt follow the mechanics.

    Why do people want random group sizes? What's wrong with 4-man? How do 2 or 3 or 5 or 6 person groups add anything to the experience? Seems utterly pointless.

    12 is tough to organise, and many groups of friends consist of more than 4, but less than 12. So either people are left out or you do not have enough to even form a group for trials. 6 is nice because then even established groups of 12 people can simply split up in 6&6 and mix it through.

    There is no poison mechanic on normal...

    I meant the mechanic that you need to shield from with Spellbreaker, the posion AOE that covers the entire area.

    Because not everyone always has a group of exactly 4 or 12 people?

    A lot of games do this.

    In Destiny 2, Strikes and Nightfalls are 3-man, Crucible is 4-man, raids are 6-man. In Smite, Joust is 3-man, Siege is 4-man, Conquest/Arena/Assault are 5-man.

    ESO only has solo, 4-man, and 12-man content. It'd be nice to see some content for other group sizes just for a bit of variety/flexibility.
