Every 30 minutes in random location, place game kick me from server on login screen. No errors, good ping. Game freeze on 2 seconds and after that i see login screen. 2 days i see this problem. I think this after last patch or hotfix, maybe server restarts. Need fix for this asap.

    This issue has been going on for quite a while now, several tickets have been raised and its been posted many times on the forums....... ZoS has so far decided that the problem is bogus as they haven't even acknowledged it exists.

    If you continue to get disconnected while playing ESO, please go through the disconnection troubleshooting below:
    • To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, configure your router to open the following outbound ports:
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
      • TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
      • TCP Port 80
      • TCP Port 433
    • Update the firmware of your router (it is always a good step to take, as it prevents that an outdated firmware interferes on your connection).
    • Try to put your modem/router far from all electrical devices and do not coil up any excess signal or power cables (to eliminate possible interference problems).
    • Add exceptions into your firewall and anti-virus programs for ESO

    If none of these steps improve the situation, you can contact customer support for additional assistance.

    Gotta love ZOS out in force with these generic fixes lol. Theres no way all these issues are connected to the new updates. Nevermind that the forum is filled with people having issues.

    These issues basically started with Summerset but for I can trace them directly to 3 patches ago.

    They must have changed server communications or something similar. What they could do is say we are testing a new server architecture or something instead of giving a generic answer because I had 0 issues with DCs 4 patches ago and now coupled with CTDs FPS spikes and random DCs that throw numerous errors when trying to log back in something must have changed on ESOs end that is significant to the way data is being transmitted and how the engine is working in general.

    I have a feeling that the One World Tamriel never allowed them to fully redesign server architecture so now the routing is not as efficient as it could be. But I am just guessing...
    All I do know is that there is some significant connection issues for me as well as CTDs and overall FPS spikes that I did not have until recently.

    I don't know why people are still being told the same thing, please read below x posted from another thread ;

    After a long battle with support finally someone decided that maybe they should talk to development about it, actually turns out that the Devs are aware and working on a patch to fix the crash / disconnects issue it's just they forgot to tell support who therefore assumed there were no actual ESO issues and 'it's the players ISP, Machine, Addon' or whatever.

    I personally think the above is good news, however the frustration this lack of communication between departments has caused is massive and I would hope that this would never be an issue again and lessons can be learnt - main one being listen to your players more and check first before making assumptions.

    I was expected to try and setup a static IP, make a new windows account, reinstall, repair, patch, speak to my ISP, the hours I have lost on this let alone the damage I could have done to my system if I had messed about with IP, DNS addresses etc, all due to lack of communication.

    I think the playerbase deserves an apology for this and hope someone is 'big enough' to actually make one.

    Actual response here;

    Julie here again with The Elder Scrolls Online team.

    Nothing was brought to our attention here in support, but I did reach out and found that our development team is aware of this issue that is occurring for some players, such as yourself. They are currently working towards a fix for this. I apologize that it cannot be an immediate fix, but it will be patched as soon as possible.

    Please keep an eye on our forums page for when this patch is released. Again, I apologize for not being aware of this information from development sooner, but I am glad to let you know a fix is coming.

    Thank you for your continued interest and support!

    Warm Regards,
