When will we see Skingrad, and the rest of Cyrodiil?

Will we see Skingrad? Looking at the geography of the Cyrodiil map, it falls just outside of its borders, and it'd be interesting to see how Skingrad is faring during the events of ESO, especially considering it's on the other side of Varen's Wall, perhaps we'd get some comments on it.

Bravil is even worse, as we can, quite literally, see that on the ingame map of Cyrodiil, yet we can't enter the city through normal means. I'm even positive that, last time I checked, one could even literally see the city ingame. I've heard rumors that it was meant to be part of the Cyrodiil zone, but was cut, and if so, would we ever see it put into the Cyrodiil zone?

If not, I would figure that Bravil and Leyawiin are perhaps reserved for some kind of Blackwood/Southern Cyrodiil expansion? Perhaps including a piece of Black Marsh, too?

Any thoughts?

If you exploit outside the map you can go to Skingrad and view the idea of what they had in mind for some of the locations names. That has been in the game forever though so I don't think it has been touched recently. We do have some lore on Skingrad that came up in an interview a while back.

During the Colovian Revolt of 2E 576, Count Varen Aquilarios of Chorrol drew support from Colovian regions, including Skingrad. In 2E 582, Count Calantius of Skingrad and the Elder Council started an initiative to take control of the Arenthia Vale to make it the South Weald, while managing to keep the city out of the Alliance War.

Actually, the county of Skingrad can be interesting : the imperial Legion of this county is involved in the annexation of the city in the north of Elsweyr in 2E 550 (during the Knahaten Flu ravage) and the annexation attempt of the north of Valenwood (Arenthia) in 2E 582.
In 2E 582, the county is outside of the war... (except the east with Vlastarus). The actual count (Calantius) is verry opportunist and take great decisions for colovian interest.
It remains to be seen if the remains of daedric conspiracy are still in place.
I have a lot of ideas like an Elder Council of substitution.

When they decide to overhaul Cyrodiil for PvE and split the PvP and PvE players. It's shame to see such a huge zone with nothing in it.

I am trying to get in Skingrad,but the gates at Colovian Estates still are closed. I have crossed the river north of Arenthis,but I still cant walk any further into the land.To visit ALL the cities of ES4 that is my dream.
