

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on why this might be?
I am currently the only one on the network at this location and I do not have any other things downloading or client side bottlenecks or restrictions on my system that I am aware of.

Here is an example of what I mean by M Bits, note here M Bits is written as Mbps - but it means the same thing, it does NOT mean Megabytes Per Second it means Mega Bits Per Second
