Treasure Chest Re-spawning

I am talking about the above ground chests - not those from maps.
My question is if a player opens a chest but does not take all the items does the chest re-spawn at its normal rate with new gear or never re-spawn until it has been completely emptied.

✭✭✭✭✭It respawns at the normal rate. However, often enough that's not before another player runs up to it, so its still polite to clear the chest.2 -
