So, i played a bit with the new summerset furnishing in the pts and made a prototype of what I plan to do on the live server, hope you enjoy it and get some inspiration from it.

    I have to say, with these new pillars, arches and fences you can do a lot more than what i thought.

    Looks fabulous! Good thing the housing components are only one crown each on PTS. I was able to experiment a bit with the new furnishings myself. Unfortunately, I will not be able to afford to build much on live, as long as the mats are so hard/expensive to acquire.

    Dude, you should get a job designing in-game buildings for Zenimax. Did you lay everything by hand, or use Immaculate Construction addon for assistance?

    I placed everything by hand, but i used the Essential Housing Tool addon to be as precise as possible.

    Around 320 slots, but it's not finished yet. I would say that the complete project should take around 550 or so slots, leaving 100/150 slots for the exterior.

    thanks and yes some proportions may be a bit off, when I started i didn't really have a plan, i just wanted to test a little bit what you could do with the new blocks but then i ended up doing a lot more :D

    @BoiledEgg Just wanted to chime in -- this looks absolutely, thoroughly amazing. Not only is the entire structure on point, but your style of decorating the ... I'm sorry, I have to refer to it as "the palace" ... is excellent, IMO. Well done!
