I have plenty of PvP-enthused guildmates that would love to participate in IC but won't due to it being a DLC and most don't own IC or pay for ESO+. I think that just adding it to the base game would go a long way towards bringing much more life to the now completely desolate zone that is IC.

On PS4 NA it's utterly broken.
It's freezing for a couple seconds every few minutes, and completely freezing (requiring players to close the game) a couple times an hour. For me, every time a keep wall would be destroyed my game would hard freeze; others were saying it happened when they used an ultimate in a battle.
The alliance populations weren't even full when this was happening. One was at 2/3; the others were at 1/3.

I know most people have gotten somewhat used to lag and consider it 'normal' within cyrodiil, but ever since this patch hit, ive been getting nothing but lag spikes/freezes every few minutes. Hopefully ZOS can actually look into this.

Certain Skills and armor sets, something is causing it and ZOS really needs to start utilizing the community for this to figure out what is going on. Why not set up a Forum of players to test stuff and present data ? you guys made one for the Class community why not start utilizing people for Server performance. I my self work for my ISP.
I want ESO to succeed as a player but ZOS is driving my absolutely freaking crazy because they arnt Wanting to impact things. YOUR TEST ENVIRONMENT ISN'T GOING TO PROVIDE YOU THE DATA YOU NEED PRODUCTION TESTING Give AP rewards or something in exchange for this.
Start with an onion Peel layers, I am completely mind boggled that this game has been out for 4 years yet Cyrodiil performance is Still an issue.

Take Monster sets and have their 2 peice Set Locked out of pvp. ( mainly the ones that have some sort of Proc Valkyn Zaan ect)

Start there. After that I think starting with Skills is the next course of action. Until they figure out what the issue is

Cyrodiil-Xbox NA is trash. Freezes, lag, rubber banding, crashes. This game has turned into garbage. Someone should lose their job over this.

IC just needs more incentives to play there. There's no much risk/reward. IC just needs more incentives to play there. There's no much risk/reward. Telvar stones are have been greatly improved but there's still no must have loot, and there's no major drive for people to go there.[*] Also add some new content to Cyrodiil we're bored! You want to see Imperial City popularity skyrocket overnight? Add in jewelry crafting bags that give a chance for trait stones and upgrade mads to be bought with TV. People will farm it like madmen.

Another great idea! IC is dead and its sad, it was amazing seeing it alive at one point. I think now days it'll just be zerged down though. However, there does need to be some way to encourage people to go to IC. They did add house storage, but.... you can get that elsewhere.
