Need some clarification on how to get jewelry traits

Hi All,

I am trying to work on getting the traits researched for jewelry. I have seen tons of conflicting information on this forum and various other elder scrolls fan sites. I am trying to get a real answer on this. Is there a way to get the Triune trait with as little pvp as possible? I absolutely despise pvp in MMOs because its never going to be any where close to balanced, and I take no pleasure in being 1 shotted over and over again. I see that the rewards for the Gladiator rucksacks give this Triune trait. What is the easiest way to do this? I don't have a lot of gold because I don't play constantly. I just log in for a few hours every other week or so, so buying from other players is totally out of the question at the moment. Also for the remaining traits what are the real ways of getting them?

The authoritative source is the patch notes, pick the one for your specific platform.

As a brief summary, the exemplary jewelry for the new traits drops here.
Psijic portals for infused, Summerset/Psijic quest lines for protective, Cyrodiil conquest board for triune, Undaunted chests for harmony, weekly trials containers for bloodthirsty, and top level jewelry writs for swift.

Trait materials drop as follows:
Psijic portals for infused, jewelry nodes for protective, Cyrodiil vendor for triune, random dungeon rewards for harmony, weekly trials containers for bloodthirsty, and writ vendor for swift.

Your only real options are either getting example material as above, buying research jewelry from a guild store, or finding someone who can craft it for you; if you provide the trait stone, this can be very economical. There aren't really any other ways around it.
I would guess that over the long run, the exemplary jewelry will become quite cheap on the guild stores, once the vast majority of players have the traits researched. But for now, there's not really a cheap way around getting the triune trait.

I believe the patch notes were very detailed on the sources for both finding something to research and to get the material for crafting with that trait.

I don't know what server you play on but at least on the PC NA server, player-crafted versions of all traits yo can use for research are available at just about any guild trader. They were going in the 20-30K range per piece last I looked.

In the absence of any information from the OP on which platform they play on, it's challenging to post the most specific link. You're free to link them all if you like; I figured that the main page was at least a pointer in the right direction if they weren't aware that those notes were posted at all. Personally I've never had issues tracking down which version of notes was the latest major release for my platform. as idk points out they are detailed.
