Did they stealth nerf Dolmen XP in this update?

On XB1 EU server.

Just trying to level a char so I can try a new build. My go to levelling method is usually dolmen grinding in Alik'r with an XP pot running (150% if I have one, 50% if I don't) and full training gear. I used a 50% XP pot and grinded for a full hour(1 dolmen every 3 minutes, so roughly 20 dolmens overall)...only to gain a whopping 1/2 a level (beginning of 32 to halfway through that very same level). This is absolutely abysmal compared to the XP this method usually gets me (the XP from the dolmen clears alone should've gotten me way more than that, nevermind the bonus XP from killing adds + training gear), and it's been like this ever since Summerset launched.

I searched the patch notes but didn't find anything, did they stealth nerf dolmen XP?

You should be leveling like every 2 or 3.

I think it's possible they nerfed repetition as they have been doing in other areas of the game. So if you do the same 3 dolmens over and over again, they will only yield like a quarter of the XP or something.

I've been doing single dolmens here and there and the XP reward seems unchanged.

I guess I can understand the principle, but only half a level for a whole hour? That's stupid beyond belief.

Hopefully, we need a nerf to the dolmen trains.

Were you getting a chest every time? Maybe try joining a group to get the xp for all the kills as well.

No difference. I farmed jewellery by doing dolmen runs and I was getting the same XP I always do (went through about 20 CP levels).

It sounds like something might have bugged out with your game and you didn't get credit for the dolmen clears.

Dolmen grinding is the slowest method of power leveling though, and does take quite some time to get to level 50 (like 20+ hours).

Tbh, they seem to have nerfed it a while ago, at the moment questing and killing mobs seems to give about the same, just slot all training crafted stuf and kill everything you find. Also you can hover up loot, sky shards and mages guild books while your at it, over all it seems the better option, but I like the stories anyway

Fastest way is getting a guild mate and running random dungeons
