Since ESO isn't linked to Bethesda.net or Twitch, how do we receive our twitch drops from Bethesda E3?

I'm not sure why they haven't gone ahead and made the extension available in advance?

The Bethesda.net account is only used for drops/keys for Legends and Quake Champions.

All ESO-relevant drops only need your ESO account and Twitch linked.

Yeah they're giving free stuff in legends and quake as well so link both of your ESO / Bethesda accounts to twitch if you want them
