Taste of Fear Quest Broken - CTD on Portal

I was doing the quest "Taste of Fear" in Cey Tarn Keep, Summerset.
After killing the Insatiable, you're supposed to follow the mage into a portal. Each time I enter the portal, when the loading screen starts, the game crashes to desktop with the Crash Reporter. All addons have been disabled, I've even removed the add on folder completely and tried again.
This is the 5th time I've attempted to enter the portal with the same result.
On a side note:
I've never had to send so many tickets in my life to play a game that I pay for. ZoS, you had better get your customer service together, and fast. FIX YOUR GAME. It's ridiculous, the amount of time and money we players spend on a product that is so under maintained. Just shameful.
