I'd love to see it as a new race tbf. But if it's gonna be a race then ZoS would only bind it to next expansion, where i'm not sure how they would fit

Thanks, I didn't know that. So technically ZOS could make any one of those four races of people into a playable race for ESO. Yay for possibilities! I'd love a new race. I don't even care much what the new race is.starkerealm wrote: »Saying the Akaviri are dead would be kinda, weird. Given the continent is still inhabited in the fourth era (so far as we know.)
The problem is, Akavir is a continent, not a single race. There's at least four races there that have survived, and one that may be extinct. There's the Ka'po'tun, the Tsaesci, Tang Mo, and the Kamal, all of whom are assumed to be alive and thriving. There's a question regarding the Tsaesci, whether they're the human race on Akavir, or if that was a separate race that they devoured. But, the very short version is, there is no, "Akaviri race," there's four distinct races, three of which have never been seen at all in the games.
