I am new to the game and found my first relic in Smst. Am I supposed to keep that? Can they be sold And you still get achievement for collecting them all? Do you have to keep?

Ostacia✭✭✭✭✭Summerset relics go to the museum on Artaeum. I usually save up until I have 10 or so and take them in. Here's a video all about it and the achievement that goes with it. Map of museum location is at 1:00
