[Xbox One] Cant read notes

Bear with me to try explain this properly.

I can click on say a bookshelf an read books etc perfectly fine with no problems but as soon as im asked to go to a table and read the note for instructions for a quest i cant read the note, i can interact with it, the window pops up an i know theres writing there but i cant make it out because unlike the books on the bookshelfs the notes are see through, where as with books the image of a book appears with the words obviously writing on paper as soon as its a writing quest item i have to interact with to follow instructions etc nothing appears apart from words which i cant make out because well theres nothing like say a piece of paper or a book showing what the words are wrote on, instead all that comes up when i interact is the words which without something at the back of them to make them stand out i simply cant read.

I can see this no making any sense lol an unfortunately i play on xbox with no idea how to post a screenshot to make things easier to understand but i've hard reset the box an also uninstalled/reinstalled the game to no avail so no idea whats up, any help be appreciated

I have quoted your OP and marked it for the attention of the ZOS Technical Support forum chief for XBox One.

Although I have no knowledge of or experience with XBox One, the output which you describe does seem likely to be the result of a bug in the game client which runs on that platform. Or it could be a problem in the game host on the megaserver, if the game host server's software is explicitly designed to interact with XBox One systems.

So I don't know who, specifically, might be able to help you in the Bug Report Forum, except perhaps other players who use XBox One. So it seems like a good idea to add "[XBox One]" (without the quotation marks) to the beginning of subject line of your original post to draw their attention.
