Krayl✭✭✭✭✭We could definitely use more tanks, but are still recruiting all other roles as well. We currently run trials on Thursday evenings around 6 PM PST, and Saturdays at 3:30 PM PST. Our goal is to make at least one of these trial runs accessible to all players, with another focused on progression. We will always explain mechanics to players unfamiliar with them.1 -

Currently our trials schedule is as follows:
Thursdays 6 PM PST - easier normal trials with no level/CP requirements; usually we run cloudrest + one other trial.
Saturdays 6 PM PST - more progression based normal trials with soft CP requirements
We are contemplating adding a 3rd trial day, and a more casual Friday 8 PM PST prime time 'lets just see who's on' appointment as well.

I'm pretty stoked about the people we've added to the roster but we are still recruiting. We could especially use a couple more tanks of all experience levels - we have knowledge to share.
Currently we do trials on the following schedule:
Thursday 6:00 PM PST
Normal trials for everyone, regardless of level. We've taken people in their teens with no CP to numerous trials with success! Usually we will run one of the longer crag trails, or pair up some shorter ones depending on who's interested.
Friday 8:00 PM PST
This is more of a laid back slot where we will just roll through as many trials as everyone is up for, to whatever degree of difficulty it looks like we might be able to accomplish. An excellent slot for anyone who just wants to relax, listen to spotify, and swap some gear.
Saturday 6:30 PM PST
Though we are not in the business of having gear and dps checks and have a wide range of members, we do like to challenge ourselves. This time slot is generally reserved for more difficult content where we are pushing ourselves a bit. This week will be NCR+3, and should that be successful we will start on vet trials.
