jewelry crafting station for housing

i am looking in the crown sections of the housing editor and the jewelry crafting station is not there. i want to buy this so my house will have all the craft stations so how can i get one? i know it can be bought with writ vouchers but that method is not something i am willing to do as they are too expensive to buy and too rare to drop.
i want to throw money at the screen but the station is not there. do i need to get rank 50 to unlock it on an achievement vendor? will it be added to housing editor at a later date?

✭You could also buy crafting writs from guild traders to get the vouchers you need. That might be the best way to go at the moment assuming you have the gold for it. I can't remember the name, but there is an add on for PC players that helps you identify writs you can actually do from those that require knowledge your character doesn't have.
