My friend just started the game today he jumped on the because of Summer Set isle. Anyway Since he is new to the game and I have a few crowns left over I thought I would buy him both of the Start Packs that are on sale.
Yet when I try it says "You cannot give gifts." Why is this? I mean I have been playing since 2015 on the PS4. Why can I not give a gift?
I have tried using the forum search function and I am having zero luck finding an answer.
