What do I need to do I did not receive my nightmare senche and Queen's Bounty pack?

I pre-ordered the physical collectors edition and I only received one code, which was in the game case itself, to install Summerset and get the special horse, griffin pet etc...I pre-ordered through Best Buy and I did not get any other code in a separate email. I have been told by them that the only code that I get, would be the one that comes with the physical collectors edition.

So how do I go about getting the pre-order bonus?

Hm? My amazon pre order sent me the code. Did you check your receipts? It might be on one of them.

Yea, I have checked my receipt and email emails. My receipt from Best Buy (i ordered online) only has my confirmation number, detail of what I ordered, and expected delivery date. Mentions nothing about another code or anything about the pre-order bonus.

I have to say the CE maps are barely worth the trouble searching them out.

A couple generic blue armor pieces and some gold. *yawn*

Really? I never have much luck getting anything good in any treasure map lol

I really just want to mount, pet and costume.

I preordered it for ps4 at ebgames(canadian gamestop for those who dont know) and i had 2 code
1 in the case
1 printed on the receip

I would advise going to the Support section and following the directions in the "Did not receive Nightmare senche with physical preorder" (Or something like that) article. It'll give you specific instructions on how to set up your ticket (What sections, what to put in the body). They'll want some proof of purchase that includes the date, the retailer, the product, and the price (a digital or scanned-in/picture of a receipt would probably do), and it may take a few days, but they've been pretty good about getting to people and helping them out on this.

I had contacted Best Buy initially and was told by a representative that the code should have been in my package when it was delivered. They were not so much help, so i opened a ticket with support. I tried contacting Best buy again, this time through their online chat service since I am at work, they gave me a different answer and looked into my order. They were able to forward to their Digital Downloads Team and said they should be able to email me a code within 24-48 hours, so hopefully this works out.

Glad to hear you were able to get both of your codes, seems a lot of us didn't get that second one lol

And I remember ebgames! I remember growing up, there were some in California around where I used to live.

Yeah, they used to be around my area as well. I preferred them over GameStop to be honest.

Now, EB is long gone and many GameStops are slowing closing down.
