Does concussion have the lowest chance to proc from Elemntal Weapon?

Maybe it’s because I haven’t leveled to rank four yet, but so far chilled seems the most common, burning next, and concussion the least.

✭For you though. You need to get Rank 2 in the destroy passive Elemental Force.
With Destruction Staff equipped:
Increases your chance of afflicting enemies with Burning, Concussion, and Chilled status effects by 100%.
I have no problem applying concussion on my magblade...

I have those passive
The skill itself isn’t leveled all the way, and it’s secondary effect of applying chilled, burning, or concussion, seems to apply concussion less than the others. And it does magic damage, so those passives won’t work on it.\(^-,,-^)/0 -

✭I agree it seems low. Chilled and then burning are always on top in my combat metric reports. Though I still want to test further.0
