From what I gather, is EU is having issues from reading another thread. Why there is no BIG RED BANNER on the top here I don't know. It was said that Zenimax is working on it but not sure if that is true or not. You are not the only EU person having issues. I play on NA server so sorry I can't be more help. Just wanted to let you know.
You could try to delete the game settings. If you do so, just be sure to also delete the synced settings in the cloud, so the next time you start the game, they won’t be synced back from Xbox Live.
You won’t lose your character progression, but you may have to look in your combat settings etc. when you login for the next time.

Is this the same as deleting the save data? I have already done that, restarted my console, etc... when I reselected my toon, still got the same UI Error. One it was gone, still couldn’t move my toon or open any kind of menu.
I just uninstalled the game and have it reinstalling over night. Well see in the morning if it works.

Yes, I was talking about saved data. But if you didn’t select the button to also wipe you saved data in the cloud, it might have downloaded them from Xbox Live again. Did you have to set up brightness etc. again after deleting your saved data?

Not sure if I deleted the save data from the cloud, i’ll have to check when my game reinstalls. I did t have to readjust the brightness, the game just started up normal after clearing saved data. Took me straight to the character selection screen, then proceeded to give me the error again and again.
