Anyone notice healing and damage being really low?

Just did a dungeon run with some friends and throughout the entire dungeon all of us were noticing our damages were severely tanked. Like damages were less than 10% of their values before summerset. Same as healing is so bad... barriers oddly seem to be unaffected.

    No, I haven't noticed that. If anything, damage is about 10-20% higher than before and healing is unaffected.

    Same. I even had a couple of guildies asking if Warden got buffed. :*

    Critical healing nb, and templar will be lower, though damage Should be higher overall. Maybe, you can share more information about the issue?

    I've done some testing with some training dummies at my home, decided to check inevitable detonation as a simple test and it does betray that damages are glitching. I've done testing with and without combat prayer as a simple test. Sometimes with the combat prayer it is lowering the damages done, it is of a significant amount that it is doing this. Sometimes it is actually doing the damages right. I did testing for seeing if wards work fine or if they are bugged, the shield works fine. But healing seems to be affected as well, sometimes it works as intended and others it looks like I didn't heal at all.

    We were all doing damages of double digits, instead of say 4 or 5 digit figures. The healing I was doing was also double digit as well. I wish I took screen shots of it.
