Monday's Patch causing horrible issues

I have no idea what was done, but ever since that tiny patch, I've had MASSIVE lag spikes in Cyrodiil (upwards of 13,000 ping, where I'm standing still for 5-10 seconds, only to watch those seconds zoom past as everything catches up), as well as abrupt disconnects. I've had several other people tell me they are experiencing the same thing. In addition, many of us in Cyrodiil are now seeing random load screens out in the middle of nowhere.

Starshadw✭✭✭✭Ugh. Disconnects are now happening outside Cyrodiil as well. I'm lucky to stay connected for 5 minutes before the game simply sits and spins and then disconnects.1
