UI Problem/Issue

Am I the only one getting some UI issues? Happened just a few minutes ago. When I hit the ESC key to go to the main menu, nothing appears. Many times when I talk to an NPC, no dialogue menu appears. I have to keep on doing /reloadui just to see them again. Never had an issue like this before. Had to disable addons after that but without the addons, it's still occurring. Anyone with the same problem?
