Auroran Horse Feedback (ZOS do not cover the face with no upgrade and price too is not tempting)

Impressions on the Auroran horse.

I'm usually interested in the horses available, so about this one:

1. I don't like if the face is covered too much, leave that to upgrades and let me see more of the horsey face with no upgrades.

The Witch Knight Charger (one of most detailed and well done horses to date has some kind of mask with no Stamina upgrade but it's more subtle).


2. The price is not encouraging.

The Witch Knight Charger was priced 2.5K Crowns which is about right and I don't see how to justify the Auroran price tbh.


3. Side note: take better pics. Whoever take care of the showcase did an awful work, the horse neck seems deformed, not a great shot for sure.


I'm still undecided if I will buy or not, I have a character that could match well enough with it, though there is the face covered a bit too much for me and the price is not tempting at all.

I like the horse myself but i have so many now i'm not sure i can justify another..

This mount is bugged for me and doesn't display the armor upgrades properly for each character.

The price isn't bad, but in the preview it looks like all the legs are broken and the armor is to heavy for the poor thing to wear. Zos does a terrible job with horse conformation. Weak knees, sickle hocks, pigeon toed, short necks, way low tail carriage and the shoulder and hip points are way off. If a real horse looked like this it would fall over. It has no proper support under itself. Skyrim had bad horses too. Oblivion was much better. Most of the other pets in the game are ok. Elk and pony needs some improvements with legs as well. Whoever designed these surely had no clue about proper horse conformation. They all look like plow horses. Where is the grand warhorse like a fresian or something? Wish they would revamp the design. Zos please?

Obesity-epidemic hit hard with this horse.
It's even uglier than the other new horses - and I bet that was hard to accomplish. Kudos to the designer who got out of his/her way to crossbreed gummybears, marshmallows and some sheep in a trenchcoat to create this monstrosity.

Please, Zos, return to the old horse-model and improve it's legs, that's all.

Agreed! Horses would be my favorite mount in this game but all the newer ones have been so hideous. In the year I have been playing, only Witch-Knight Charger has been worthy of crowns. I’d love a different horse for every one of my toons, especially armored horses, but I can’t stand these abominable dog-donkey monstrosities. It actually makes me angry every time a horse appears in the crown store and I go through the same “Yay...ew” cycle of disappointment.

That's very strange, I don't have the horse and cannot verify.

Check if all those characters have enough riding skills for the upgrades to show up, if yes it's better to report in the bug section, it shouldn't happen.
