active tracked quest resetting in loading screen bug is back

My currently active tracked quest is changing every time I go into a loading screen, between wayshrines and into delves definitely, so that it is tracking the bottom one on the list, for maelstrom arena when I'm trying to do Summerset dailies.

This is PCNA with gamepad mode enabled.

I can confirm and this is very annoying.

Trying to do any quest after traveling you get the wrong white markers on compass because the active quest changed and sometimes I've wasted so much time chasing the wrong objectives. Please fix it.

It's back again worse than ever. Doing it every wayshrine no matter how you set the active quest when used to be only when clicked through the map.

On top of this issue, the announcements window is appearing every time we change zones again.
It's getting annoying these old bugs coming back or getting worse.
