As title states. I had 0 crashes since summerset or before and now I am crashing with no errors and with error crash logs. Started occurring since this most recent patch 4.08.

I've had waaay more crashes than prior to this patch. Will crash all the way to the desktop, and the initial re-login throws an "already logged in" error.

I haven't had any crashes at since this most recent patch - and now I've had several today - not happy!

Also - can we get a bit more functionality in the guild stores? Why Can't we sort by name (we can by price and time remaining)? Or even better, search by keyword!

For anyone who is currently experiencing crashes in ESO, please make sure to go through the help article below.

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

If the troubleshooting does not help, you can open a ticket and send in a game consultant report.

Don't waste your time , unless you are prepared to do some fairly technical stuff to your PC.

I've tried everything that support has suggested. long load times and random crash to desktop.

Nothing has helped. I never had issues before summerset released. It is on their end and they need to find what is causing it.

I have worked with their support team for 2 weeks. They have been very helpful and responsive. But nothing has worked. I hope they get this fixed cause I have cancelled my sub until this is fixed.

According to support it's definitely not an ESO problem, it's each individuals.

I am in the same situation nothing has worked.

The worst part is they are not even looking at an ESO fix as all their metrics confirms it's not an ESO problem despite what the many players say.

I'd just like to add to this thread, please zos ffs, fix this.

I have been playing on and off for 2 years now. Never ever had a single crash until this last patch.

Fully updated Windows, NVIDIA Graphics cards, no add ons, and minimum graphics.

Have crashed like 20-30 times in the last 2 days.

Well, it's at a point where its getting a little ridiculous.

I have updated graphic drivers, confirmed I have the recent version of DirectX and Visual C++.

I have on occasion gotten in after dropping graphic settings. But I have also failed repeatedly trying to log in at the lowest settings, so I'm pretty certain that this was just a placebo effect and I got randomly lucky on a login.

The main symptom seems to be tied to a long loading screen, followed by a "plunk" sound as the messages part of the UI starts to setup. The loading screen is still present, the load hangs up and then the game crashes.

I can see where that would seem like graphic or sound drivers, but mine are up to date, so that's not it either. It has something to do with how the game loads the graphics and sound package, but I don't know enough to know more than that.

I'll keep trying at this for a few more days, but I'm getting ready to shut off my subscription to ESO+ and go find a game that can actually launch.

Have you tried the fix that has been suggested in other topics?

okay so this worked for me
    Go into your
    -documents
    -Elder scrolls online
    -User settings
    and try this

    SET MaxCoresToUse.4 "1"
    SET RequestedNumJobThreads "1"
    SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "1"

remember to keep a copy of this before u try

Personally I'm waiting until tomorrow's patch maintenance as ZOS have confirmed they're working on a fix and hopefully it will be included tomorrow, otherwise I'll try terrannova's suggestion.

Yes, I replied about that on a different thread. That fix may have worked... or I just spun the lucky lottery wheel and got in after doing it. Will check again later today to see if it’s consistently working.
