PS4 Summerset Digital Collectors Edition Code Delay Amazon

Hi,
Has anyone else now been told by Amazon that the release date for the digital code collectors edition of Summerset is now 12th June?
I pre-ordered back in April and all the way through it has said I will receive the code on 5th June.. I looked today and it says 12th June. I have spoke to Amazon's customer service and they were absolutely useless as usual and said they have 'escalated the issue'.
Has anyone else had this problem?
