Writ Boards in fairly unguarded locations?

Greeting, I have a character that has a very sizeable bounty. This bounty is not going anywhere any time soon. So I am just curious if there are any writ boards that are located in areas that are not well patrolled by Gold Bar Guards. Does anyone know of any?

✭Are there guards at all in Coldharbour? I think it’s guard free, right?
Marbruck would be ok. Both boards and the drop are close together so you can generally avoid guards. I do mine in Reapers, it’s easy enough to loop around the back behind the inn.
Invisibility pots? Blessed, blue enteloma, namiras rot...16 seconds of invisible plus speed.
The dark brotherhood passive shadowy supplier can reward a monks outfit that disguises you from guards for five minutes. I think this was intended to help writ characters with bounties.3 -

Keileon✭✭It might just be because I spend most of my time there, but I find it fairly easy to dodge the guards in Riften. You'll have more trouble with the actual crafting stations than the writ boards themselves.
Coldharbour is my favored place to pick up writs when I have a bounty, but since my main house is just outside Riften sometimes I get lazy. I have 9 characters. I complete all of the daily writs on each of them every day. However, before I learned about Coldharbour (thanks to folks in this thread) I was only doing 8 a day because that one character could not get into a city without having five-O all up in her cheese.0
